Just a heads-up: we’re unable to promise deliveries at specific times, but we’ll always do our best to get your order there as soon as we can!

We charge a local delivery fee of $8.50 per address, and for orders outside our usual delivery area, the fee may be a bit different.

If you’d like same-day delivery within the U.S., be sure to place your order by 1:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) in the recipient’s time zone. If it’s later than that, no worries—your order will go out the next business day.

We don’t offer deliveries on Sundays—any orders for that day will be delivered on the next business day instead. Thanks for understanding!

Unfortunately, we’re not able to guarantee deliveries to rural route addresses or cemeteries, but we’ll do our best to help if you reach out.

For international orders, give us a call directly at the shop—we’d be happy to help! At this time, we’re unable to process international orders online.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Sometimes substitutions are needed to ensure your arrangement or gift is delivered on time. This could include swapping flowers or colors, especially if certain blooms aren’t available due to the season.

When we make substitutions, we’re always careful to keep the style and theme of your arrangement intact, using flowers of equal or higher value. Similarly, certain keepsake items like containers, vases, or baskets may be substituted due to high demand, especially around major holidays.

For single-flower arrangements, like an all-rose bouquet, we’ll do our best to match the color you chose, but we may need to substitute with another color if necessary.
